In the past, the seminar promotion had just included a list of seminars on a page and then an insert was stuck in for the area it was being mailed to. I pointed out that the divisions they had were arbitrary to the general public. A customer may be willing to drive to a location that was a little farther away or may be traveling and another location was convenient. So, for the first time, I created a complete booklet listing all seminars offer, all locations where the seminars were offered, the event locations, and a registration form. The customers could now see all options for seminars they may want to attend.
