Each September, the Michigan Quarter Horse Association holds its annual Breeders' Futurity. Included in the show schedule with the usual futurity classes are the Stallion Service Sale classes which boasts prize monies in the tens of thousands of dollars, and the Great Lakes Classic Quarter Horse Show which features added money to several classes.
